    Professor Damien Gruson is a member of the research unit on Endocrinology Diabetes and Nutrition of the Catholic University of Louvain.

    Pr. D. Gruson is a member of the division on Emerging Technology of the International Federation of Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine (IFCC), board member of the Belgian Thyroid Club and Fellow of the European Society of Cardiology.

    Alistair J Gammie

    Senior Global Director ValuMetrix, Ortho Clinical Diagnostics

    MSc, PhD, CSci, DipRCPath, Lean Healthcare accredited.

    Alistair worked for 22 years in the UK National Health Service, he started work as a trainee biomedical scientist and left as a Clinical Scientist.

    He joined Ortho Clinical Diagnostics in 2016, where he has been involved with the Laboratory Consulting Services looking at workflow, simulation, modelling, Lean 6 Sigma projects, laboratory design, automation and re-organisation. He has a looked at workflow in it’s many guises in Laboratories throughout Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia, USA and South America and has had the opportunity to look at working practices in most disciplines of Pathology. He has spoken on the subject of scenario planning through the use of simulation modelling at the AACC and EuroLabAutomation.

    The webinars have been designed to address the key issues of those in leadership positions, however we encourage all those with an interest in the topic to join.
